Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines. • Develop and manage sales activities. • Assure that Marketing Action Plan goals are met by all agents in the unit. • Develop applicant flow and business flow. • Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
