UK CCT Consultant Nephrologist - Leading Healthcare Facility

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a UK CCT-qualified Consultant Nephrologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of renal disorders, oversee hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services, manage kidney transplant patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care. The consultant will also participate in clinical governance, research, teaching, and continuous professional development

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Nephrology (or Nephrology with General Internal Medicine).
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of post-CCT Consultant experience preferred.
• Expertise in acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerular diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, dialysis, and kidney transplantation.
• Experience managing inpatient and outpatient nephrology services and multidisciplinary renal care.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical governance, research, teaching, and continuous professional development.
