UI/UX Designer

Techne is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our enthusiastic team. If you have a passion for user-centered design and want to contribute to innovative projects in the Hospitality and Retail industries, we would love to hear from you!

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across our applications.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with animations and motion design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
