Provide technical guidance for front end development

Design & develop product using current & advanced technologies

Improve performance & consistency of the current web-based applications

Work with team on best UI/UX practices, code reviews and process improvements

Write great code (easy to read, maintain and written for efficiency)

Produce documentation (design, requirements spec etc.) as necessary.

HTML, CSS, AJAX techniques, JSON and XML.
