  • Contribute to technical reports, test documentation, and engineering recommendations based on flight results
  • Assist in maintaining flight test equipment, tools, and operational readiness
  • Participate in engineering discussions, providing observations and feedback to improve testing procedures and aircraft performance
  • Support additional engineering and operational activities as projects evolve

What You'll Need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong interest in UAV technology, flight testing, and autonomous systems
  • Basic understanding of aircraft systems, flight control, sensors, or electric propulsion is an advantage
  • Ability to read and produce clear technical documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Hands on experience through university projects, laboratories, robotics competitions, Formula Student, UAV teams, or personal engineering projects is highly valued
  • Experience with hardware assembly, electronics, mechanical systems, or testing activities is a plus
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast moving engineering environment

Who You Are

You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing. You enjoy combining practical engineering with real world testing and are excited to spend time both in the workshop and out in the field. You stay organized under changing conditions, communicate effectively with your teammates, and are motivated by seeing your work contribute directly to successful flight operations. You take ownership of your tasks, embrace challenges, and are excited to build the future of autonomous aerospace technology.
