Job description
We are building a pipeline of maintenance professionals interested in supporting advanced drone operations and autonomous aviation programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
- Support aircraft readiness and operational availability
- Document maintenance activities and equipment status
- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory
- Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes
Requirements
- Experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics, UAV systems, or related technical fields
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with maintenance documentation and procedures
- Experience with commercial UAS platforms is preferred
- FAA or manufacturer-specific maintenance qualifications are a plus
