· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Twisting department.
· Organizing shift schedules for team members
· Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and time off
· Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
· Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
· Training new and current team members on tasks
· Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
· Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
· Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
· Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.
· Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily.
· Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
· 1–3 Year experience preferred in any manufacturing and maintenance
· Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
· Twisting experience is required
