Job description
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading technical teams in a training, simulation, aviation, or defense environment.
• Knowledge of flight simulation systems, visual databases, or training device support operations.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity, IT systems administration, or information assurance policies (RMF, STIGs, NIST frameworks).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to manage cross functional teams and execute complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
