The successful candidate will be responsible for leading overall production support of Trillium data quality tool, predominantly looking at SCV / Trillium.
However the expectation is that the ideal candidate will have sufficient knowledge that they could handle general production support issues during quiet periods (for issues other than Trillium)
Financial and insurance industry background will be beneficial.
Experience:
1. Complex trillium environment
2. Strong data analysis / quality skills
3. Able to pull together proposals and influence outcomes
4. Ability self-manage within a Production support team
5. Excellent communication skills
Technical experience:
1. Trillium
2. PL/SQL
