Key Job Responsibilities: Set a high expectation for oneself in appearance, demeanor, and attitude Embrace a concierge mentality and approach with all patients and guests that enter our practice, greeting them, standing and with a smile. Proactively call out to our patients who appear to be running late for their appointment, and ensure they are coming, overcoming objections and expressing the need to adhere to the schedule. Scan in documents upon patient arrival. Update records with current contact information, as well as discussing items like social media and monthly specials. Ensure a pristine appearance in both Lobby as well as the parking lot so our patients know they are coming to an elite organization. Check patients out ensuring all finances are covered, and next appointments are confirmed. Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis

Salary: $9.10 to 10.50/hour
Qualifications: Customer service or hospitality experience. Sales Experience is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication. Positive attitude. Detail Oriented! Ability to respond to customer inquiries via the web, email, and phone. Ability to resolve customer concerns. Ability to direct conversations towards a commitment and strive to schedule an appointment every time. Excellent communication skills.
We are looking for people who are customer service experts who make our patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Training is provided in-office so all team members have the tools they need to succeed.
Required Experience: Customer Service: 1 year
Preferred Education: Associate's Degree (or higher)
