About The Team

What You'll Do
Board Affairs Coordination for Treasury Management in Hong Kong
- Oversee the organization and coordination of all treasury-related board activities in Hong Kong, and arrange treasury board meetings covering agenda drafting, document preparation, resolution follow-up and meeting minutes administration. Key work includes but is not limited to:
- Conduct pre-loan strategic analysis and provide treasury decision support for directors; continuously monitor treasury status and ensure policy implementation; deliver post-loan management, repeated decision-making support as well as ongoing treasury advisory services to the board of directors.
Treasury Solution Alignment for Hong Kong & Macau Businesses
- Act as the dedicated Treasury Business Partner (BP) for Hong Kong and Macau businesses, serving business lines including Hong Kong Retail, Logistics, Product Development and other departments. Core accountabilities:
- Align with various businesses to identify capital demands and deliver customized treasury solutions; design and track the implementation of liquidity management frameworks across Hong Kong and Macau; coordinate internal capital resources to elevate the overall treasury operational efficiency for local businesses.
Treasury Management for M&A Post-Integration Projects in Hong Kong & Macau
- Take overall charge of treasury management throughout post-acquisition integration in Hong Kong and Macau:
- Design capital structures and formulate treasury management policies during post-integration phases; connect and align the treasury systems of acquired subsidiaries with the Group’s centralized treasury platform; collaborate with the post-integration team to complete financial assessments and formulate implementation plans from a treasury perspective.
Liaison with Key Financial Institution Partners in Hong Kong
- Maintain partnership relationships with major Hong Kong financial counterparties, including banks, insurance firms, payment service providers and regulatory authorities;
- Manage daily communication with financial institutions; compile ad-hoc supporting documents to respond to bank reviews, regulatory inspections and tax bureau inquiries; undertake other ad-hoc treasury-related assignments for Hong Kong and Macau regions.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines; holders of CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
- Intention to pursue long-term career development in Hong Kong, with a commitment to work stably in Hong Kong for no less than 3 years.
- Business BP Mindset: Capable of digging into business requirements and developing practical, implementable treasury solutions.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Sound understanding of treasury compliance rules and regulatory mandates; able to conduct all work within the Group’s treasury governance and compliance framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at coordinating internal and external stakeholders across the Group, including business teams, finance, tax, legal departments and banking partners.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions; fluent English (spoken and written) for daily working use.
