Treasury IT Systems Manager

Forvia Interiors is looking for a Treasury IT Systems Manager to be based in Portugal, Espargo.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Treasury IT Systems Manager owns the functional administration, evolution and control framework of treasury systems, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient treasury operations.

KEY MISSIONS
- Administer and optimize the Treasury Management System and related applications.
- Manage configuration, user access, workflows, master data and segregation of duties.
- Coordinate enhancements, releases, testing and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
- Ensure secure bank connectivity, payment formats and interfaces.
- Support treasury processes within systems: cash, FX, debt, funding, accounting and reporting.
- Define controls over payment workflows, approvals and audit trails.
- Lead treasury systems projects, integrations and automation initiatives.
- Document procedures, controls and system governance standards.
- Coordinate user training, change management and adoption.
- Support audits on treasury systems and payment controls.

EXPERIENCE
7+ years of relevant experience in treasury systems, treasury operations, finance systems or IT project management in an international environment.

EDUCATION
Master’s degree or equivalent level in Finance, IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of treasury processes and TMS architecture.
- Knowledge of payment workflows and bank connectivity.
- Solid project management and change-management skills.
- Ability to translate treasury needs into system requirements.
- Strong data-quality mindset.
- Fluency in English.
