Daniels Health is seeking an experienced Electrician to support facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects across our growing network of locations. In this highly visible role, you'll help ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance while supporting critical infrastructure and equipment installation projects. If you thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy solving complex electrical challenges, and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple sites, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Install, Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, panels, wiring, controls, and related infrastructure across multiple facilities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical issues that impact operations, safety, and uptime.
  • Support facility buildouts, retrofits, and equipment installation projects, including autoclaves, wash lines, compactors, boiler rooms, and related equipment.
  • Partner with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure electrical work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and equipment specifications to support installation and maintenance activities.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and operational leaders to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and improve facility reliability.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Active state-issued electrician license or certification (Journeyman or Master Electrician) and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or multi-site facility environments.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems, controls, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience supporting capital construction projects and equipment installations is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and electrical safety standards; NFPA 70E training is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and support multiple sites across various regions as business needs require.
  • Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving; OSHA 10 certification is a plus, and candidates must be able to pass required background and drug screenings.
