Daniels Health is seeking a skilled and licensed Certified Plumber to support facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects across our growing network of locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving complex problems, traveling to support multiple sites, and contributing to critical infrastructure projects that help keep our operations safe, compliant, and running efficiently.

What you will do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and related infrastructure across multiple facilities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent plumbing issues that impact operations, safety, and uptime.
  • Support facility buildouts, retrofits, and equipment installation projects, including autoclaves, wash lines, compactors, boiler rooms, and gas piping systems.
  • Partner with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure plumbing work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, MEP drawings, and equipment specifications to support installation and maintenance activities.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and operational leaders to identify risks, prioritize repairs, and improve facility reliability.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA standards, plumbing codes, and company safety requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Active state-issued plumbing license or certification (Journeyman or Master Plumber) and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or multi-site facility environments.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems and related infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience supporting capital construction projects and equipment installations is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC), gas piping requirements, and plumbing compliance standards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and support multiple sites across various regions as business needs require.
  • Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving; OSHA 10 certification is a plus, and candidates must be able to pass required background and drug screenings.
