CACI is seeking an experienced Travel Administrator Junior to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).  

Travel Administrator, Junior:  

  • Provides various levels of administrative support across the team 

  • Assists with preparing trip reports, scheduling visits, and office management 

  • Schedules meetings, fields phone calls, coordinates events, and directs staff to appropriate resources 

  • Coordinates official travel, passing clearances, travel requests, and required travel prerequisite training requirements, in support of Command and Control Interoperability Program (C2IP) services 

  • Ensures proper disposition of significant administration workload to maintain pace and scale of ongoing operations 

  • Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments 

  • Performs work that requires practical experience and training  

  • Works is performed under supervision 

  • Required 8140 Cert: Not Applicable AND Additional Cert: Desired - DEFENSE TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR -DOD  

 

Education & Experience:  

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) preferred. 

  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience  

  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.  

  • Capable of providing administrative support across teams, including preparing trip reports, scheduling visits, and managing office tasks.  

  • Possesses skills in coordinating meetings, handling phone calls, organizing events, and directing staff to appropriate resources 

  • Exhibits competence in managing official travel arrangements, including clearances, requests, and prerequisite training requirements.  

  • Shows capability to handle significant administrative workload to maintain operational pace and scale. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, and practices in technical assignments.  

  • Demonstrates practical experience and training in performing administrative duties.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,400-$71,800
