Key Responsibilities

  • Support the centralized online travel program across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

  • Ensure consistent application of global travel policies while accommodating regional requirements, including HUB updates.

  • Partner with the Head of Global Travel and EMEA Travel Lead, HR, and Accounting to maintain alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver global training programs for travel tools, policies, and processes (e.g., Concur, NEO, OBT platforms).

  • Tailor training content to regional audiences, accounting for language, culture, and local practices.

  • Create scalable resources (e.g., webinars, job aids, onboarding modules).

  • Track training completion, adoption metrics, and user engagement globally.

  • Administer and maintain global travel platforms, including Concur and NEO.

  • Support online system enhancements, updates, and global rollouts.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors and internal IT for resolution.

  • Drive adoption and optimize user experience across booking and expense platforms.

  • Add arrangers to employees’ travel profiles when requested.

  • Complete weekly and monthly reconciliation of corporate card transactions across regions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

  • Investigate discrepancies, fraud risks, or out-of-policy spend and coordinate resolution.

  • Support integration between travel and expense for reporting consistency.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex travel online booking issues, working with TMC and regional teams.

  • Ensure consistent traveler support standards globally.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on VIP traveler needs and service expectations.

Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of global travel program structure and governance.

  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, data interpretation).

  • High attention to detail, particularly in financial reconciliation and compliance.

  • Effective cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management.

  • Ability to manage multiple regions, priorities, and time zones.

  • Training and change management capabilities.

  • Systems-oriented mindset with experience in platform administration.

  • Experience with Concur/NEO adoption and system utilization.

  • Proven ability to meet credit card reconciliation accuracy and cycle time goals.

  • Track record of maintaining high traveler satisfaction (global surveys/NPS).
