What This Position is All About?

• The Imports/Inbound Import Analyst, would be responsible for providing support to the Imports/Exports in preparing documentation for imports, monitoring the status of shipments, and providing support to vendors and suppliers that may require technical help.
• Managing the traffic mailbox, aligning and coordinating with third-party vendors, and monitoring their feeds.
• We need to coordinate with key stakeholders in the merchant teams and ensure that all queries regarding open PO tracking are addressed.
• Role demands that the person be savvy in terms of understanding basic
• reporting and drawing insights to provide meaningful analysis arising out of the data sets pertaining to inbound operations.
• This role will require previous experience in imports/exports from the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
• The role will report to the Director of Supply Chain Analysis, based in Bangalore. 
•  They will liaison with Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance and Merchandising teams with co-works in Bangalore, Canada and US.
