The Transport Manager at Villa Haven will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of transportation services, including guest transfers, staff transportation, and logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to ensuring safety and providing exceptional service to our guests.

• Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
