DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead for major transformation or strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that all divisions are prepared for transformation.

• Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives, track KPIs and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership.

KPIs:

• • Ensure consistency, alignment, and optimization of policies, processes, and initiatives across the NewBiz Group related to key strategic initiatives 

  • Optimize cost and maximize ROI for campaigns, special projects, and programs

  • Helps oversee budgets across teams to ensure proper spending is in place 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize or automate processes that aims to improve customer experience and to achieve operational excellence
