This is a senior client-facing role leading complex transformation engagements across a diverse portfolio of organisations. As a strategic advisor to client executives, you'll leverage your influence, expertise and network to outline the problem, shape the solution and own delivery outcomes across multi-workstream programs, building the kind of relationships that reflect genuine trusted advisor status.

We're looking for a senior leader who has operated with autonomy in ambiguous environments, and who is ready to step into broader engagement leadership, business development, and practice-building responsibilities that contribute to the wider success of the firm.

What you’ll do:

• Shape the solution. Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, and define roadmaps that connect strategy to delivery.
• Lead delivery at scale. Take accountability for complex programs, including outcomes, benefits, risks, dependencies and commercials, building high-performing teams and leading through ambiguity.
• Advise client executives. Craft clear, impactful messages that tell the whole story. Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback.
• Grow the business. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and convert insights from delivery into value-generating initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Track record of complex delivery. Programs or portfolios led end-to-end in consulting, advisory, or corporate transformation, with clear evidence of outcomes owned. You draw in cross-platform expertise across Deals, Risk & Regulatory, Tax & Legal and Assurance to unlock outcomes no single team could deliver alone.
• Strategic advisor instincts. You leverage influence, expertise and network to move things forward and align stakeholders around difficult decisions.
• AI fluency. You embed AI, data and emerging technology into how you shape solutions, coach others to work AI-first, and help clients realise value from AI-enabled transformation.
• Delivery craft. Fluency across project delivery models, knowing when to apply which, and why. You communicate with clarity and impact, and have a strong sense for risk, sequencing, and when to escalate.
• Commercial and financial fluency. You've managed large budgets, business cases, benefits realisation and vendor commercials.
• A people leader's mindset. You build high-performing, diverse and inclusive teams, coach them to maximise their potential, and have the difficult conversations that make them effective.
