TRANSFORMATION ANALYST

 

Summary

To support the execution of Canada Self-sufficiency project, strategic for the company. Coordinating with all the stakeholders, the main responsibilities of this role are the overall oversight and delivery of the business objectives, to communicate to management project progress and to build relationships other areas. This position reports to the head of Canada Business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Providing support in coordinating a cross functional team to define, plan, and implement sub-projects as assigned by their direct level supervisor
  • Establishing connection with the following business groups for the project: Plasma, Engineering, procurement Accounting Control, Facilities & Real Estate, Finance, HR, Insurance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Training, Quality.
  • Support to Head of Canada by providing support in control project and JV financials, including financial statements, cashflow and capital injections, budgeting, taxes, operational KPIs such as CPL and cross company invoicing.
  • Notification to Head of Canada of any project risks that may affect timelines, cost, resources, etc.
  • Help to the Head of Canada in project planning and budgeting – Working closely with the project team and business stakeholders to define the approach, activities and timelines for project execution, leveraging project management best practices
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as required
  • Prepare all necessary for the relevant governing bodies of the project on regular basis, ensuring agreements and decisions taken are effectively executed in the project
  • Support to Head of Canada on meeting minutes and action plans
  • Prepare Monthly operations report for Canada that includes Manufacturing, Plasma and Commercial.
  • Requires approximately 25% travel.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, auditing, project management, Chief of Staff experience will be a plus.
  • Must work well across departments and in a team environment.  
  • A broad knowledge of plasma industry practices is required.
  • Ability to adapt and manage on-going changes.
  • Ability to present information in front of groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to manage work to completion through others. 
  • Must have effective phone and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint),
  • Ability to speak, read, & write proficiently in English.
