Our emphasis on quality care is reflected in our hospitalization, mortality, and peritonitis rates being demonstrably lower than the national average. We provide life-changing in-home dialysis services to patients across the West Tennessee region.

Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients throughout the West Tennessee region. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. We understand that extraordinary talent demands to be nurtured, so we focus on training and growth. We're game-changers in the industry and looking for nurses ready to challenge the status quo, too.

  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes throughout your assigned region in West Tennessee.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Registered Nurse: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
  • Dialysis Experience: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field!
  • Passion for Patient-Centered Care: We are firmly committed to delivering compassionate, quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing essential home dialysis equipment and technology.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Problem Solver: Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address clinical challenges.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing patient needs.

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a highly competitive base salary and significant bonus potential.
  • Growth Opportunities: Benefit from our exceptional training program and dedicated mentorship, paving the way for career advancement.
  • Make a Difference: Experience the fulfillment of positively changing the lives of our patients within West Tennessee communities.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule and supportive team environment.
  • Innovative Company Culture: Become part of a team transforming the landscape of dialysis care in Tennessee.

This would be an ideal position for you if...

  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment with a focus on timely, correct results
  • You're technical, intellectually focused
  • You have a great deal of attention devoted to getting timely and accurate results, demanding, critical, and exacting with close follow-up and limited delegation.
  • Decisions are made based on a careful understanding of all available information, detailed technical knowledge, expertise, and serious considerations for all sides of the issue/problem.
  • You are demanding, critical, and exacting.
  • It would be best if you had opportunities to use/demonstrate your ‘know-how’ and expertise in finding creative solutions to problems with relative freedom from organizational involvement.
  • You provide delegation to those who have proven highly dependable and precise.
  • Your leadership style likely involves high expectations for subordinates and a high degree of review following each task.
