Transfer Pricing Manager

Forvia Interiors is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to be based in Nanterre, France. 

ROLE PURPOSE

The Transfer Pricing Manager designs, maintains and monitors transfer pricing policies across the company, ensuring compliance, robust documentation and effective risk management for intercompany transactions.

KEY MISSIONS
- Maintain the group transfer pricing framework, policies and governance.
- Prepare and coordinate master file, local files and CbCR inputs where applicable.
- Review intercompany flows, margins and pricing models.
- Partner with Finance, Controlling, Legal, Treasury and business teams.
- Coordinate benchmarking, economic analyses and external advisor support.
- Support tax audits, controversy management and authority requests.
- Monitor OECD, EU and local transfer pricing developments.
- Align intercompany agreements with policies and business substance.
- Define controls, documentation standards and evidence requirements.
- Support M&A, integrations and transformation projects from a transfer pricing standpoint.

EXPERIENCE
8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax, tax advisory or corporate tax in a multinational environment.

EDUCATION
Master’s degree or equivalent level in Tax, Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or a related field.

- Ability to manage audits and cross-border topics.
