업무분야에 경험이 있는 유능한 전문인력을 모집하고자 합니다.
• 당 법인은 국내 M&A시장에서 진행되는 대부분의 대형 Deal에서 매수 및 매도실사, 가치평가 등의
Deal관련 서비스를 제공하면서 고객이 가장 선호하는 Advisor로 참여하고 있으며, 풍부한
업무경험을 바탕으로 고객들에게 Deal관점에서 중요한 Insight를 제공하고 있습니다.

Buy-side Financial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Assistance, 기업가치평가 등의
Transaction Services 업무 수행경험
• 회계법인에서 글로벌기업 또는 국내외 대형 PE 고객을 위한 Financial Due Diligence 및 Valuation
업무경험 3년 이상
• 학사 이상 학위 소지자
• Native/Fluent 영어 Communication 및 영문보고서 작성 능력 보유자 우대
• CPA, Chartered Accountants, CFA 등 유관자격 보유자 우대

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Transaction Services Professional to join our
dynamic team and work within all facets of TS projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in transaction
services (financial due diligence and/or valuation work), have worked with large global
companies or private equity clients, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate
excellent English communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high quality financial analysis and due diligence on target companies to identify
key deal issues and insights on transactions.
- Identify key value drivers, with a focus on understanding businesses and providing financial
insights, to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their deal objectives.
- Prepare high quality detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and
recommendations for clients.
- Adopt emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools across our
business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with
access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transaction processes from inception to
completion.
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of deals and provide recommendations based on
financial insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact
throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification with recognized accounting institutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction services, financial analysis, or a related
field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to convey complex
financial information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with relevant financial software and the latest in digital tools (e.g. Alteryx /
PowerBi) is a plus.
