Content creation & administration
▪In coordination with Product Managers and other SMEs design and create e-learning content for our Customer and A2MAC1 internal Academy using our internal authoring tools
▪Coordinate content contribution with product managers and other SMEs
▪Support the localization of our training programs by coordinating translations into identified Asian languages.
▪Align with the local Sales team (esp. Customer Success) to drive the harmonization of training material tailored for the Asian customers.
▪Implement structured learning paths in alignment with pre-defined training program strategy
▪Administrate our learning content inventory with regards to content completeness, content relevance and content consistency and make sure group catalogues stay up-to-date
▪Identify outdated training content and coordinate updating
▪Collect and synthesize training needs and requests from internal stakeholders regarding all training programs Academy administration & tool expertise
▪Administration of our Customer Enablement Academy and A2MAC1 Academy incl. user management and access rights as well as group configuration and layout
▪As a learning tool expert answer to learners support request regarding LMS usage
▪Collect and synthesize learner’s feedback on the performance of our internal and external training programs in alignment with Sales and other internal stakeholders
▪Transform learner feedback into actionable ideas to improve our training programs
▪Monitor learner engagement on our academies and trigger actions when needed
Skills inventory & knowledge management
▪Contribute to the management of the A2MAC1 skill inventory e.g. by coordinating (annual) assessment updates or supporting the harmonization of skill sets.
▪Bridge identified key skills to develop with available training material or translate into learning needs to develop new content
▪Support knowledge management activities when required, e.g. by providing documentation or through stakeholder coordination

1.Completion of training content in line with content roadmap
2.Learners satisfaction with training delivery and content structure
Requirements
PROFILE REQUIRED Professional Background
▪Minimum master’s degree in a technical or scientific field or alternatively in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources or similar
▪Experience in technical or software training ▪Experience working in an automotive environment is a plus
▪Experience in the use of a learning management software (specifically 360Learning) is a plus
▪Experience in e-learning authoring is a plus Skills & Abilities
▪Strong intercultural competences
▪Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
▪Capability to understand and structure technical content within an automotive environment is a must
▪Strong self-organization skills and autonomy in the execution of tasks and ability to manage his/her workload
▪Fluency in professional English (written and spoken) is a must, minimum B2
