What will you do?

Our client is seeking Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) trainers to deliver high-quality accredited and non-accredited training at Sydney/NSW-based locations.  Successful candidates will be engaged to support the training delivery team.

More specifically, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a range of ESI technical training for our ASQA-accredited Registered Training Organisation
• Carrying out training and assessment of students (including blended/face-to-face and elearning delivery) according to the client’s specifications
• Delivering national units of competency particularly the refresher units from the UET training package
• Ensuring training and assessment are conducted in line with relevant RTO/client/industry and regulatory requirements

What can you bring to the team?

To be suitable for this role you will bring:

• Your knowledge and skills as an experienced ESI trainer - including your experience delivering blended/face-to-face and online training
• Your background in the ESI delivering refresher units of competency as a Subject Matter Expert, and your understanding of relevant requirements (VET/RTO and ASQA requirements)
• Your current and relevant electrical and training qualifications to min TAE40116 Cert IV TAE, and all other relevant licences and documentation (high risk and driver’s licences and insurance policies)
