Trainer and Installer – HotSoft

Hoist Group Ireland, provide software solutions, support and IT integration to over 500 hospitality clients throughout Ireland & internationally, including many of Irelands best known independent hotels and resorts.

Trainer – HotSoft, POS & Spa & Revenue solutions. Hoist Group are seeking candidates with senior Front Office/supervisory hospitality experience & IT aptitude to join our Support and Installations team. 

Due to continued expansion in these markets, we are seeking to recruit additional personnel to undertake product support, training and installation of our range of hotel software solutions for new and existing clients. These positions require experience in some or all of the following areas: Hotel Front Office & Reservations Systems, Revenue Management, Hotel Accounting / Cashiering specifically within the hospitality industry. Existing experience and knowledge of Hotel Software solutions and delivery of training programmes would be a significant advantage.

The successful candidates must be capable of providing training, pre and post-sales support combined with a keen interest in developing a career path in Hospitality Software Solutions. The position may be suitable for candidates currently employed in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry with an aptitude for I.T. solutions.

A competitive salary commensurate with experience is offered and full product training will be provided for the successful candidates. Following a successful training period, a company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided. This position involves travel to client sites in Ireland so requires a full clean driving licence.

Key Requirements:

·         Previous Hospitality Industry experience

·         Experience of Front Office or F&B roles

·         Excellent written and spoken English essential.

·         Full clean Irish driving license required.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office etc.

·         Keen interest in IT
