We have immediate openings for “Trainee –Wirecut EDM ” for one of the reputed MNC for Bangalore location.

Position: Trainee Wirecut EDM

Location: Bangalore

Experience- 1 year

Purpose of Position

• To operator the Wirecut machine.

Roles and responsibilities

• Must be able to read and understand drawing.
• Capable of using all measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of Electrode Material.
• Knows the basic operation carried out in EDM machine.
• Knowledge of safety factors and house keeping.
• Takes responsibility for tools he uses and handles with care.
• Knowledge of selecting wires.
• Ensure that the 1SO14001 and applicable legal requirements related to EMS are addressed appropriately in the areas handled
• Ensure that the Occupational Health & safety management system requirements are addressed appropriately in the areas handled.

Qualification

DME or ITI

Work Experience

• Knowledge of Auto Cad.
• Communication Skills, while shift releving
• Capable of setting the job and electrode.
• Capable to spark the profile of simple insert .
• Capable of understanding clearly the opeartion wise process and identifying the electrodes.
• Capable of setting the job and basic electrodes.
• Knowledge of Spark Gap and EDM cycle.
• Knowledege of generating NC programming.
