What you will be doing:

 

• Support the setup and delivery of engaging training sessions

• Help create and update training materials and resources

• Assist during live training activities alongside experienced trainers

• Work with different teams across the business

• Contribute ideas to improve the learning experience

• Build confidence to support training delivery over time

• Complete your apprenticeship to grow your skills and career

 

What we are looking for:

 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence working with people in a professional environment

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Industry experience is helpful but not essential

• Willingness to travel occasionally
