Traffic Coordinator

Overview

The role of the Crosswalk Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

The cross walk attendant requires a customer service focused individual who can work with valet to direct traffic in a busy front drive area at the main entrance to the hospital. Duties include: directing traffic, assisting mobility-challenged patients into the hospital, and ensuring safe operation by valet and patient drivers. Cross walk attendant is a primarily outdoor, all seasons position.

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written

 

Requirements:

• Friendly and Outgoing
• Able to smile during customer interactions
• Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
• Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
• Ability to run and move quickly
• Ability to organize cars efficiently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to create relationships with customers
