About the role:

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Analyst – Pleno – World Travel Retail – Trilingual (SPA, POR, ENG) to support the execution of trade marketing strategies across key airport and travel retail customers. This role is ideal for a marketing or commercial professional with experience in consumer goods, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across international stakeholders.The successful candidate will work closely with teams located in Brazil, the United States, Dubai, and other international markets to drive demand generation initiatives, enhance shopper engagement at the point of sale, support promotional activities, and ensure flawless execution across key travel retail channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies for World Travel Retail customers and key airport accounts.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional activities, campaigns, and customer initiatives to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, CSI, agencies, suppliers, and customers to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Generate reports, performance analyses, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage and support the Trade Promotion & Demand Marketing Expenses (TP&DME) budget process, including month-end closing activities and quarterly reviews.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, merchandising initiatives, point-of-sale activations, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and organize training content for promoters and field teams.
  • Support portfolio governance activities and implementation of product changes according to business priorities.
  • Coordinate invoice submissions, complaint notes, sample shipments, promotional materials, and annual Free Sale Certificates.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business updates for internal monthly meetings.
  • Track customer performance and market opportunities to identify growth potential.

Accountabilities

Requirements | Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, category management, sales support, or related functions within Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.
  • Advanced English (written, verbal, and reading) – mandatory.
  • Advanced/Intermediate Spanish is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Work Schedule and Work Model:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Hybrid work model (3d office – 2d home)
  • Collaboration with international teams across Brazil, Dubai, and the United States
