Position Overview
Lead the Asia → CAS Ocean trade lane strategy, driving inbound growth opportunities across the region.
Serve as the regional Ocean Freight expert, aligning carrier strategies, network priorities, and customer needs.
Partner with regional and global teams to strengthen network capabilities and support profitable growth.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Asia to CAS Inbound Ocean trade lane strategy, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and commercial support to Product, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Manage and strengthen carrier partnerships, aligning procurement, allocation, and service performance with regional and global objectives.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent trade lane strategy execution and support key customer opportunities, RFQs, and business implementation.
- Drive network effectiveness by identifying growth opportunities, enhancing service offerings, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across Asia, the Americas, and CAS.
- Strong Ocean Freight and Trade Management knowledge
- Ability to translate market insights into actions
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally
- 10+ years logistics experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
