What You'll Do
As our Service Manager, you'll lead daily fixed operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring Service Advisors and service staff
Driving customer satisfaction and retention
Managing service department performance, profitability, and efficiency
Monitoring KPIs including RO count, labor sales, ELR, CSI, and technician productivity
Coaching and developing future leaders
Maintaining manufacturer standards and operational excellence
Collaborating with dealership leadership to achieve business goals
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 2 years of Service Manager experience in a large, high-volume service facility
Proven history of delivering exceptional operational and financial results
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
CDK experience required
Toyota or Lexus experience preferred
Passion for creating outstanding customer and employee experiences

The Annual Estimated Earnings is $200,000 plus.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
