Tow truck drivers

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is currently hiring Tow Truck Drivers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to assist drivers in need, ensuring their vehicles are safely transported to designated locations. We are looking for individuals who possess strong driving skills, a commitment to safety, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing requests in a timely manner and operate tow trucks safely and effectively.
• Load and secure vehicles appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and needs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tow trucks and towing equipment.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of towing operations.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Assist with basic roadside assistance when required and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform towing-related tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities are a plus.
