Tow truck driver

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to towing requests, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles. Your expertise and customer-oriented approach will help us maintain our reputation as a reliable towing service provider.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing calls promptly and safely operate a tow truck.
• Load and secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transport.
• Provide on-site assistance and excellent customer service to drivers in distress.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records related to towing services.
• Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with emergency roadside services as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred.
• Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a related field is a plus.
• Excellent driving skills and a thorough knowledge of traffic laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and extended periods on the road.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle mechanics is an advantage.
