Top Gifter Operation Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai (Turkish Speaking)

Description

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of TikTok's regional management and support function, the Regional Headquarters is seeking a Top Gifter Operation Manager to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of regional creator-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating entities.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth and operation of TikTok LIVE Top Gifters across MENAT markets, including user engagement, retention, and experience improvement.
- Top Gifter Operation: Build a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through user interactions, user research, and offline engagements, and drive scalable solutions through product and operational improvements.
- Top Gifter Growth and Development: Collaborate with PM, Campaign, and LIVE Creator Teams to improve top gifter retention, increase the number of paying top gifters, and boost the total amount of consumption.
- Drive GTM and adoption of key gifter features, monitor performance, and continuously optimize user experience and business impact.
- Support regional business growth through user segmentation, lifecycle management, and data-driven operational initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in VIP operations, user operations, luxury goods, gaming or related industries.
- Strong user empathy and ability to build trust with gifters. Highly responsible, with strong ownership and execution capabilities. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand products and business contexts
- Strong data sense and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify user pain points, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Fluent in both English and Turkish to collaborate with Turkish-speaking and global stakeholders.
