The Toddy Tapper at Villa Haven will be integral to our resort’s commitment to cultural authenticity. This role involves the skilled extraction and collection of fresh coconut sap (toddy) from coconut palms within the resort. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in toddy tapping and strong English communication skills, the ideal candidate will not only produce high-quality toddy but also engage with guests, sharing the cultural significance of this ancient practice. The Toddy Tapper’s work will be a cornerstone of Villa Haven’s unique brand identity.
