Job description

Role Purpose

  • Support execution across the bank connectivity, payment configuration, and UAT workstreams of the TMS implementation — from onboarding through go-live validation.
  • Feed status and risks into the master action tracker

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Connectivity

  • Drive end-to-end H2H connectivity onboarding across an estimated of 25 banking partners
  • Manage onboarding documentation and authorised signatory processes across all markets — collection, verification, and submission per each bank's and market's requirements (e.g. e-signature restrictions, signatory rules in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, etc.)
  • Follow up closely and persistently with all banks to unblock signatory, legal, and documentation bottlenecks — this is an active chase-and-resolve function
  • Own the connectivity dashboard/tracker

2. Payment Configuration & Testing

  • Configure payment file formats, templates, and routing rules within the TMS per bank/market requirements
  • Build and execute test payment files (test/pilot transactions) per bank connection before production cutover
  • Validate payment approval workflows, MFA/security controls, and exception handling
  • Troubleshoot failed transmissions or format rejections directly with bank technical contacts

3. UAT

  • Assist with design and execute UAT test scripts covering bank connectivity, payment initiation, and confirmation/reconciliation flows
  • Assist the team to Log defects (if any) prior any discussion with the vendor (Ripple/GTreasury) implementation team
  • Validate camt.053/statement ingestion and reconciliation accuracy against source bank data to ensure Treasury team can sign off entity-by-entity readiness ahead of go-live

4. Data validation

  • Support the Treasury team in validating data uploaded into the TMS for each module, ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and aligned with business requirements before go-live.

Requirements

  • Prior hands-on TMS or bank connectivity implementation experience
  • UAT test design and defect management experience in a treasury or ERP context
