TIQ COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Technical Integration and Quality Coordinator (TIQ Coordinator) to join our company operating in the precious metal  sector and lead the development and management of quality processes.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality standards, conducting quality audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work to enhance the effectiveness of quality management systems, ensure customer satisfaction, and play an active role in all stages of quality assurance and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of quality management systems and international standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt to an on-site working environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality audit processes
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and preferably ISO 9001
• Manage quality control processes and provide improvement recommendationsTake an active role in audit management and quality assurance activities
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documentation
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance indicators
• Represent the company during internal and external audits
• Organize quality-related training programs and raise employee awareness
• Participate in quality improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company policies
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
