Job description

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitor attendance logs, time-trackers, and system activity to ensure alignment with standard working hours and policies
  • Conduct regular audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect potential time fraud, clicker usage, or dual employment
  • Investigate time-tracking discrepancies (chronic tardiness, underworked hours, hour inflation) and prepare evidence-backed analytical reports for Security, HRBPs, and Management
  • Audit and verify all logged overtime, night shifts, and offset balances prior to payout approval
  • Timely prepare, format, and deliver clean, audited time-tracking reports (worked hours, overtimes, adjustments) to the Global Pre-Payroll Specialist
  • Configure and maintain internal T&A system logic, including work schedules, global holiday calendars, time-rounding rules, and approval policies
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regional labor laws regarding maximum working hours, mandatory breaks, and overtime limits across all operating hubs
  • Resolve employee and manager support tickets regarding time tracking, system technical glitches, and policy guidelines within defined SLAs

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
  • Proven experience managing HRIS and time-tracking systems (e.g., PeopleForce, Jira, custom trackers)
  • Strong background in data analytics, ticket management, and operating within strict SLA baselines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Extreme attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards

Will be a plus

  • Background in internal audit, fraud detection, or cross-border labor law compliance is a strong plus
