As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of visually engaging educational and policy-related content, including infographics, slides, social media assets, and in-product messages.
- Translate and adapt English content to different market languages (Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese), ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and visual consistency.
- Help maintain content quality by supporting proofreading, editing, and compliance with brand and style guidelines.
- Maintain and update external policies and internal knowledge bases, including updating policy materials, templates, glossaries, and internal documentation.
- Build and maintain simple visual reports to track policy communication effectiveness and user engagement.
- Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and CSAT to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
- Support the management of team resources, databases, and other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, English, Translation, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in office software and analytical tools, with strong data analysis skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience working in tech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Comfort and experience working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Business proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai or Vietnamese to effectively support the Chinese cross-border and SEA markets, which includes drafting, translating, and reviewing policy & educational content for China-domestic and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Malay/Thai/Vietnamese-speaking markets.
