Team Introduction
Project team is responsible for coordinating and managing technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all technical specifications and quality standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
- Handle all fit-outs and/or renovation projects
- Collect all information from stakeholders and conduct data reviews for design analysis
- Prepare design layouts, timeline and budget calculation
- Monitor renovation works conducted by vendors and/or in-house maintenance team
- Ensure all fit-out works as per design specification and timeline
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare for non fit-out items and ensure all purchase items arrive as per timeline
- Coordination with internal team, vendors and suppliers to foresee any challenges that can impact go-live timeline

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar engineering project management role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in technical software related to the engineering field such as AutoCAD
- Able to communicate in english well

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
