About the team
We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operation: responsible for affiliate creator operation in Indonesia Semi-Consignment team: in charge of batch matchmaking, and directly responsible for the GMV results of affiliate gmv of small and medium-sized creators
2. Review and Optimization: continuously conduct reviews, optimizations, and innovations on alliance resource and other creator outreach channel, explore AI efficiency improvement, and seek new paths for scale growth
3. Manage the BPO team: seek rationalized incentive measures, conduct regular training and etc, to ensure workforce efficiency of the BPO team meets our expectations

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2 years+ of experience in e-commerce platform , with basic understanding of creator operations, familiarity with platform resource application.
- Have good Data Analysis capabilities, possess the ability to summarize and distill, and have clear logic;
- Strong self-motivation, good communication and coordination skills with creators, strong collaborative mindset;
- Proficient Bahasa Indonesia and English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in creator outreach and connection establishment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in cross-border operations, e-commerce, or international business environments
