Semi = Growth acceleration engine for merchants with weak operations but strong supply
Platform perspective: Semi aims to help merchants move from "able to supply" to "able to operate stably" by providing TTS in-house operations for targeted merchants, ultimately forming a repeatable supply growth capability for TTS.
Merchant perspective: Gain faster cold start and seller tier upgrade by subscribing to Semi bundle fee, leveraging Semi service to save sellers' operation team cost and increase money efficiency.
Semi project: onboard targeted portraits merchants to Semi service, drive them to upgrade

Responsibilities
- Business Supply Structure Planning: Based on business strategic goals and directions, develop the pallet supply structure for the TikTok Shop Vietnam semi-managed business through data analysis and research.
- Seller Circulation Review Design & Management: Independently collect requirements and streamline processes from various business teams, formulate demand solutions based on achieving business goals, and process optimizations together with relevant teams.
- Seller Stratification Strategy Development and Implementation: Deeply understand sellers' pain points operations at different stages, possess a platform-perspective on seller stratification management strategies and implementation paths, refine seller growth optimization strategies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of e-Commerce related work experience
- English proficiency

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Strong learning ability and independent thinking, with good logical analysis skills
- Excellent cross-team communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and passionate work attitude, and a sense of ownership
