In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and incubate principal merchants that contribute large GMV share
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure the best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Discover new collaborative opportunities fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancellation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and problem solving skill
- Proficient in English and Thai

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
