Description

As the central department of the Data Science team, our goal is to build and maintain an efficient and accurate data system to ensure data quality. By establishing robust mechanisms, monitoring systems, and effective work models, we aim to enhance the efficiency of the DS team's operations and the identification of key business issues, ensuring that data-driven decisions drive continuous business optimization and growth.

Responsibilities
1. Identify core business metrics and establish a unified metric system, including defining metric calculation methods, data sources, and update frequencies. Ensure that the entire data chain from collection, processing, to analysis is clear and accurate.Collaborate with data BPs, RD , QA, and business line DS to create mechanisms that ensure data accuracy and effectiveness, and regularly review and update the core metric system.
2. Develop data monitoring and alert systems, and establish rapid response and problem-solving processes to ensure that data anomalies and business issues are promptly identified and resolved.
3. Explore and optimize data science work models to systematically improve the efficiency of the DS team and enhance external collaboration.
4. Use data-driven approaches to identify key business issues, drive relevant analyses,promote solutions, and implement improvement measures.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifations:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in short videos,social etc. preferred. Background in statistics, computer science, economics, data science, quantitative analysis, etc. preferred.
2. Proficient in SQL, with practical experience in using Python, or other programming languages.
3. Sensitive to data, able to quickly find the relationship between data and business, has a solid understanding of the engineering logic behind data processing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional team collaboration ability;
2. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
