About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) to design and deliver cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions. This role involves working on complex, high-impact projects, leveraging Generative AI and advanced analytics to solve real-world business problems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI & Machine Learning models
• Perform data quality analysis and root cause identification
• Work on multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
• Apply analytics and visualization techniques for business solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Managers
• Mentor junior data scientists
• Ensure high standards of software quality and best practices
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and SQL (recent experience required)
• Strong experience in:
  • Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Deep Learning
  • RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Experience leading Data Science teams
• Strong statistical & analytical skills
• Handling structured & unstructured data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
