Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

Requirements: 

• Technical expertise in design and development on Integration technology

• Ability to translate Business Requirement into System Requirements

• Subject Matter Expertise in identifying, analyzing and prioritizing technical issues encountered in Integration architecture and design

• Ability to develop options/alternative solutions to advance business objectives

• Self-driven with the ability to concurrently work on multiple projects from initiation to completion

• Take ownership and do proactive steps in fulfilling the technical deliverables for business needs in accordance with management direction

• 5 + years of hand on experience with TIBCO (BW, EMS and Adapters) required

• Proficient in JMS, Web services and general Integration concepts

• Solid understanding of XML Schemas and XML messages, WSDL etc

Mandatory:

• Excellent communication skills

• 5+ years of hands on Integration technology experience preferably in Senior development roles

• Willingness to learn additional Integration tools for batch based data Integration

Preferred:

• Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science/ Engineering/ related areas

• Certification in any Middleware/Integration technologies (TIBCO) is preferred

• Indepth experience can suffice certification
