THERAPIST LSW/PC

The Therapist functions as a member of a treatment team, which may consist of staff with a variety of mental health, education, or medical backgrounds. Therapist assists the treatment team to plan and deliver clinical services, case coordination, intervention, consultation and/or education services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

· Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A

Preferred experience: Training and experience in providing individual psychotherapy, community support psychiatric services, and group psychotherapy.
