This Program has a primary focus in leadership development with a commitment to the growth and development of each resident in three facets:

1) Doctrine and Theology
2) Character Development
3) Hands-on Ministry Skills

Job Description

• Sunday Service (Leading Teams that serve on Sunday): 20%
• Professional/Theological Development: 20%
• Outreach/Evangelism on Campus: 30%
• Leading Small Groups and Discipleship Groups: 20%
• Staff Meetings: 10%
